David Pena takes it old school

David Pena is an artist, musician, and designer. I met David about 8 months ago and when David showed me his work, I have to say I loved it. David’s style has a mood that sends you back to the line art of the 1960′s to 1970′s era of hand rendered work, I love when people go back to basics and create their work by hand.
Davids style is maturing more every time I see it and I look forward to seeing more of Davids work as he emerges into the scene. Not only is David an artist and designer but his one of the key players for the very strange, unique psychtronica band “The Illuminauts” which have been featured in many of San Diegos publications. I will be posting an interview with one of Illuminauts members “sonny” very soon.
